Shipping + Orders

1. Do I have to pay for shipping? 

    We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders! In case you opt for Cash On Delivery, there will be an additional charge of INR 79.

    2. Can I get Cash On Delivery (COD)? 

      Yes! We offer Cash On Delivery at a nominal fee of INR 79 on checkout. 

      This fee is non-refundable. 

      3. How do I know my order is confirmed? 

      Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number and the estimated time of delivery. 

      4. Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it? 

      Unfortunately orders can’t be modified right now, but if you’d like to add products you can always place a new one!  And if you need to remove products, get in touch with our customer support team to cancel the order so you can place a fresh order instead. 

      5. How can I track my order? 

        Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you an email with all the shipment details. This includes the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company so you can track it on their website. You can also write to us at hi@gushbeauty.com

        6. How long will my order take to reach me? 

          We ship your Gushables within 2 working days of receiving your order, so you can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 days of placing your order. However, India is a pretty big country—so remote areas and unexpected weather conditions may affect your order time. 

           7. Can you expedite my product on priority? 

            If you’d like to expedite your order, get in touch with our customer support team. 

            We’ll check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update. 

            P.S.- This only applies to prepaid orders. 

            Returns + Exchanges 

            1. How do I know an item is eligible for return? 

              In case you need to return an item, please schedule a return request 

              at hi@gushbeauty.com within 2 days of receiving it. 

              However, products that are 

              • Used 
              • In damaged condition
              • Bought on sale 

              are not eligible for return. 

              For products eligible for return: 

              Product must be returned to us within 5 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

              2. Do you offer reverse pickups? 

                We do not offer reverse pickups.   

                You would have to ship the products to us directly. 

                Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made in selected pincodes. 

                3. How do I return an item? 

                  Step 1: Place a return request by emailing us at

                  hi@gushbeauty.com within 2 days of receiving your product. 

                  Step 2: Please ship the product to our address mentioned.

                  Please make sure the product is sealed in its original packaging with the tags, accessories, bar codes and invoices intact. 

                  Step 3: Once the returned items reach our warehouse, our product team will inspect it and 

                  confirm and initiate your return. However, if they find the products damaged or used then the returned items will not be accepted, and sent back to you (delivery charges apply). 

                  4. What if I receive a damaged product? 

                    In the rare event your Gush product is damaged, please place a return request at hi@gushbeauty.com within 2 days of receiving your order with the details of the damage. 

                    5. What about the refundable amount? 

                    Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Gush beauty will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. The same will reflect in your account within 7 days.

                    However, only the product cost is refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD, restocking fee (if applicable), custom packaging etc. will not be eligible for a refund. 

                    6. How long will it take to process my return? 

                      We usually take 10-15 days to send you your replacement product or refund. 

                      7. Can I exchange an item? 

                        Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned item and you can place a fresh order with us instead.
