5 daily habits to get better skin for FREE

 

It’s 2022 and the word of the year is SKINCARE!

Having healthy, clear skin should not always cost a bomb. Although a good skincare routine is crucial to improve your skin, it doesn’t just end there. You need to also make lifestyle changes and guess what… they’re FREE! Now you can save that dollar for something else and follow these 5 simple and free daily habits.

  1.       Start with a detox drink

Detox teas work miracles for your gut health and hence, skin health. Set the intention to your day right with warm water and half a lemon. You can also prepare detox water with apple cider vinegar, ginger, cucumbers and turmeric. Add a small spoon of honey for taste if you want. Do this first thing in the morning and it will help with digestion and debloat.

 

  1.       Facial massage

It only takes a few minutes and the right massage steps to amp up your glow! Face massage boosts circulation, helps in lymphatic drainage aka the main cause of puffiness you may have in the morning. It also sculpts and tones the contours of the face.

 

  1.       Digital detox

Blue rays can seriously affect skin health. Dark circles and under eye bags are a lot of times caused by excessive screen time. If you’re guilty of always being in front of a screen (and yes, we know you are!), cut it down a notch especially before bedtime.

 

  1.       Exercise

Sweat it out! Sweating is a great way to release toxins out of your body. Nothing beats a post workout glow.

 

  1.       Sleep well

Sleeping is the time when your body resets and all the repair work goes on. Catch up on your beauty sleep. It should be no less than 7 hours and no more than 9.

 

Try being consistent with these 5 daily habits. It’s going to give you a skin boost from within. After all, there’s only so far your skincare products can penetrate!
